General Application Instructions for Purchase or Occupancy The Board will process applications in the order they are received. The HOA will conduct an interview within 30 days. All occupants (buying or renting) MUST be listed on the application. Please complete the entire application. Incomplete applications will cause delays in the review process. Before beginning this online application please scan copies of the following documents. You will be required to upload them. • Copy of driver’s license for each applicant • Copy of vehicle registration for each applicant (only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit) If the application is not legible or is not completed, the Association will not be liable or responsible for any inaccurate information. The application fee is a non- refundable $100.00 per applicant. By signing the application, the applicants recognize that French Quarter HOA will perform a background check and full disclosure of pertinent facts may be made to the Association. “ADDITIONAL OCCUPANTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE SCREENED AND COMPLETE THEIR OWN SEPATATE APPLICATION"
